With temperatures dropping again this week, ORUUC, in partnership with TORCH (Tennessee Out-Reach Center for Homeless), will be opening its doors again Sunday, Jan. 19 at 6 p.m. through Saturday morning, Jan. 25 at 8 a.m. for all those who need a place to warm up, get a hot meal and a coat, and have a safe place to spend the night. ORUUC is located at 809 Oak Ridge Turnpike, across from the Appalachian Underwriters building.
